The Company has sold in the market 3,400,000 ordinary shares of its subsidiary Brasilagro (NYSE:LND – BVMF:AGRO3)
representative of 5.98% of the share capital for an amount of approximately USD 15.6 million. As a result of this sale, the company reduced its stake in BrasilAgro from 43.2% to 36.9% of its share capital.
