Partial Cancellation Series XXIII Notes
The Company informs that, regarding the Exchange Offer ended on July 6, 2022, and as a result of the settlement of said Exchange, Series XXIII Notes were exchanged for a Nominal Value of USD 98,422,999.
For this reason, the Company will proceed to cancel the Notes that are detailed below:
